Wellbeing and wisdom is the foundation of The Holistic Network, Brighton’s newest networking and events company. Founder Jaynie Ralph says, "Brightonians share a common aspiration; that of living life to the full. This city is a magnet for complementary therapists and health conscious people actively taking an interest in the nutrition of their mind, body and soul."

She says, "In a city where yoga never sleeps, meditation classes are abundant and organic food is the norm - a regular social and informative community meeting place is fundamental."

The Holistic Network holds meetings every other Monday from 7.15 – 9.00 pm at the Cornerstone Building in Hove. Local speakers share their knowledge of areas such as life coaching, reflexology, personal development, relationships, astrology, healing and even eco funerals. Its aim is to invite the local community for a cup of herbal tea, whilst offering inspiration and information for a £5 entrance fee.

Workshops run once a month on a Saturday morning at Cornerstone and delve more deeply into topics such as Goal Setting with NLP, Neuro Linguistic Networking and five Keys

to Emotional Wellbeing – What I’d wish I’d Learned at School with Andrew Caine. Morning workshops cost £18 and it is advised to book in advance.

Not content with running talks and workshops Jaynie recently created The Holistic Network – Radio for your Mind, Body & Soul. A radio show for Radioreverb which can be heard every Monday afternoon at 2.00 pm on 97.2 fm or live through the internet www.radioreverb.com. Along with co-host Milly Hartley, Jaynie interviews well known experts such as Dawn Eagle Woman - International Healer, Suzanne Rough – Astrologer Teacher and La Rue Eppler from Soul Talk in America. The hosts also discuss sacred places in Sussex, home made beauty tips, healing foods and breathing exercises. The new 66 minute show plays uplifting songs and offers a wealth of user-friendly suggestions for living a fulfilling, healthy happy life. So don’t forget to tune in.
